THE CORE FOUR
GUNNY GOLD KÖLSCH
5.1% ABV | 22 IBU’s
For this recipe we wanted to go traditional and capture the character of beers brewed in Köln, Germany. The light grain bill, hearty kettle additions of Saaz and Hallertauer Mittelfrüh, and a German ale yeast make for a delicate and balanced beer. This beer pours a crystal-clear and light gold with a white head. Herbal and spicy hop aromas open up into a light, grainy-sweet body with a crisp finish.
GREEN GATE IPA
6.7% ABV | 85 IBU’s
A West Coast IPA for hopheads and folks looking to expand their palate. We load this beer with Citra and Mosaic hops throughout the boil, whirlpool and dry hopping. Fresh pine and grapefruit dominate the aroma with peach and dank cannabis making an appearance. Light grain, and faint caramel give balance through the body and lead to a stone fruit and citrus rind finish with a pleasant bitterness that lingers long after the last sip.
ANTHRACITE AMBER ALE
6.1% ABV | 25 IBU’s
An iconic style throughout the American Craft Beer Revolution, Amber Ales are balanced and approachable. Our amber ale continues this great tradition. Look for toast, biscuit and subtle piney hop aromas, a smooth body of caramel and bread crust, and a finish that is rounded out with toasted caramel and a balanced bitterness.
SOL'S ESPRESSO STOUT
6.0% ABV | 33 IBU’s
Our boldest year-round offering is brewed in collaboration with Tributary Coffee Roasters. They roast a special espresso blend just for this beer! Espresso dominates the aroma with roasted malt and beautiful chocolate. The medium body is balanced with sweet caramel notes and dark chocolate with a bright espresso finish. Goes great with breakfast or your favorite dessert!

Berglicht German Pilsner
4.4% ABV | 19 IBU’s
Translating to “Mountain Light”, Berglicht is a beautifully light German Pilsner brewed with the finest German summer heirloom 6-Row barley and a blend of Hallertau Mittelfrüh and Czech Saaz hops. These incredible hops were added throughout the boil and during primary fermentation that lend to this beer's bright floral, green fruit, and noble hop aromatics and taste. While most of our ales and lagers are brewed to Reinheitsgebot German Beer Purity Law standards, Berglicht German Pilsner was brewed and conditioned with extra delicate care for a crisp and perfectly hopped drinking experience. Ideal for warm summer days here on High Alpine’s deck, after a bike ride, or out on the river while fishing. Take this beer with you in a Crowler® for all of your Gunnison adventures!

Gold Basin Mango Gose
4.6% ABV | 5 IBU’s
Perfectly tart, slightly sweet, with a touch of salt - Gold Basin Mango Gose started as a session-able sour, brewed with Pilsner, Vienna, and wheat malt. We sourced the finest grey sea salt we could find and added it to the boil, then added nearly 200 pounds of freshly squeezed mango purée, rounding out this perfect summer sour ale. Cheers! -

Italian Mountain Basil Ale
6.1% ABV | 28 IBU’s
Gunnison’s beloved seasonal beer is back on tap! Italian Mountain Basil Ale is loaded with 13 pounds of fresh, organic basil that we add both during and after primary fermentation. At its heart, this is a classic American pale ale, featuring late additions of Chinook, El Dorado and Cascade hops, balanced with a hearty malt backbone of Colorado-grown 2-row and caramel malt. Last, but not least, is the Vermont Sticky maple syrup added to the whirlpool that adds a subtle layer of sweetness and complexity. Grab a pint of this herbaceous beer while it lasts!
-

Curecanti Chile Beer
6.4% ABV | 24 IBU’s
Curecanti Chile Beer is an easy-drinking pale ale that brings together the fresh piney and citrus-forward aromas and flavors of Cascade and El Dorado hops with locally sourced, organic Hatch green chile peppers. The distinct roasted green chile aroma blends smoothly with a touch of sweet grain, while a balanced malt backbone carries chile flavor into a crisp finish. This year, we increased the green chile additions in the kettle and fermenter for more flavor! With little to no heat, it’s the kind of beer that keeps the whole crowd coming back for more.
-

Aberdeen Chocolate Maple Porter
6.8%ABV | 25 IBU’s
Inspired by the historic Aberdeen quarry in Hartman Rocks, this seasonal porter pays homage to Gunnison's rugged heritage. Brewed with a complex grain bill, Aberdeen Porter delivers layers of roasted malt, caramel, and rich chocolate. Hopped with cascade, Willamette, and Mt. Hood for a gentle balance of bitterness, this full-bodied beer is finished with organic cacao nibs, fresh vanilla beans, and Vermont Sticky Maple syrup.
Expect big dark chocolate and roasted aromatics, a semi-sweet maple-chocolate body, and a smooth lingering finish.

The Matron Barrel Aged Imperial Stout
10.9% ABV | 39 IBU’s
The perfect Gunnison treat has returned! This year’s release of The Matron is a decadent imperial stout brewed with two separate additions of organic fair-trade cacao nibs, then patiently aged for 12 months in DeerHammer single-malt American whiskey barrels. A silky-smooth body with rich layers of dark chocolate, vanilla, toasted pecan, dried fig, and caramel from the malt bill can be found as the beer warms up in your glass. The finish lingers with oak, leather, and a touch of whiskey-warmth. The Matron invites you to savor the interplay between specialty malts, hops, cacao, and the character of DeerHammer’s American single-malt whiskey barrels.
